AI transparency notice
These days, it is becoming increasingly difficult to tell machine-generated content apart from genuine human work. That’s why it matters to me to be transparent about the use of artificial intelligence on this site. My website is meant to be made by humans, for humans.
The concept, design and initial code of this site were conceived and developed entirely without AI. I built a first (static) version of this site during my studies in 2021. In 2024, it was followed by a fundamental overhaul of design and code as well as a switch to the content management system Kirby.
The projects shown here also do almost entirely without AI — and where they don’t, it is pointed out under “Key Facts”.
That said, I’m of course not closed off to AI as a tool and value it as a huge accelerator for repetitive tasks and “busywork”. Since 2025, I have therefore been making additions to the code and English translations largely with the help of LLMs.
This text should convince readers that most contents are human-made. Let me know if you’d like me to adjust the tone, add more detail, or try a different approach. Happy to tweak it however you need!
